一、目的

风淋室管理制度是为了规范无尘车间管理，风淋室是提高车身表面质量，保证车间清洁化合安全生产，特制定本风淋室规定。

二、适用范围

本风淋室规定适用于所用进入涂装车间作业区的人员。

三、使用规定

1、风淋室是进入涂装车间唯一且必须经过的入口。

2、所用人员进入涂装车间必须经过风淋室风淋，不得由其他安全出口进入。如有违反一经发现首次处罚50元，再次违反处罚100元，依次类推翻倍增加罚款额度。

3、进入车间时将风淋室外门打开，人员进入后外门关闭，开始风淋，待风淋停止后方可打开风淋室内门进入车间。

4、在风淋室风淋未停止时禁止强行开门离开风淋室入车间，一经发现每次处罚100元。另外如果造成损失者罚款处理后按价赔偿。

5、风淋室为单向入口，出车间时请走指定安全出口。禁止反向使用风淋通道离开车间。

6、风淋室由车间进行管理，日常维护由维修班完成。

7、风淋室参数由车间设专人管理，其他人员严禁操作更改，一经发现每次处罚500元。

8、涂装车间人员和施工单位持专用入厂证入厂，无入厂证一律不准入厂；外来人员进入车间，需经车间领导批准入厂登记，佩戴来宾卡，由涂装领导陪同。

9、进入风淋室时所有人员需穿鞋套，着连体服，禁止穿高跟鞋和钉子鞋进入涂装车间。

10、车间禁止吸烟，禁止拍照，禁止携带火种，禁止使用手机。
